Our Specialized Departments
New Business Department: Our New Business team gathers employee and employer data to identify the best retirement plan for each client. We consider various factors, including employee demographics, income levels, retirement goals, tax implications, and funding options.
Compliance Consulting: This department offers expertise in IRS, DOL, PBGC, and Hacienda regulations, helping clients avoid penalties and save time by ensuring compliance.
Actuarial Department: Led by a licensed actuary and former mathematics professor, our Actuarial Department specializes in pension services and actuarial analysis.
Legal Department: With two ERISA attorneys and a certified legal assistant, our Legal Department has over 50 years of combined pension industry experience. They handle everything from plan document preparation and amendments to IRS determination letters and annual DOL and PBGC reports.
Participant Services: This department acts as a liaison with clients, assembling required forms, calculating vested benefits, processing loans, handling distributions, and preparing necessary tax forms such as 1099(R), 945, and 1096.
